La Vie has been nothing short of amazing. Every person we have dealt with there has been very professional, knowledgeable, and truly caring. My wife and I wish we had discovered them long ago, but it took the shortcomings of the current provincial medical system to truly appreciate the level of service La Vie is providing. The Comprehensive Wellness Assessment was very thorough and extremely proactive. I have had some health issues identified that had never been brought to my attention previously and are currently being addressed.

My husband and I signed up for a total assessment (as we are getting a bit older) and have to say we're totally thrilled with the care, attention, and time given to us. [Our doctor] is a superb doctor. Professional, pleasant, and thorough. We never felt rushed, any concerns were taken care of, and referrals where needed were dealt with very quickly. ... It was such a lovely experience, and we're so happy we made the decision to go there. I highly recommend it.

My family and I have been going to La Vie for 2 years now and we highly recommend them. The doctors, nurses and administrative staff are all caring, helpful and polite. The team all work together to ensure you are taken care of. When my kids have needed to see a doctor or nurse quickly they always do their absolute best to fit us in as soon as possible. Over the two years we have been there they have increased their medical and admin staff to match their growth, and moved to a spacious new office. The level of service is 10/10.

I am extremely happy with my LaVie experience after major inattention from my public provider. With OHIP cancelling annual medicals,my last medical was in 2011. At LaVie was able to have a comprehensive Medical in 2023 which identified medical issues that required immediate action. Many of these issues would never have been identified in the OHIP slow, non existent, system. At my age I cannot wait to see a doctor who can identify what issues need action asap.

The doctors and nurses there are really taking your health issues seriously and go through everything thoroughly and take time to listen your complaints and concerns, and do the very best to help. Particularly to set up the system to carry out a customerized action plan to manage all your needs and cares. The money you paid is well worth it!

My family and I have been patients at La Vie for many years now, with Dr. Sannoufi as our primary physician - he has always been there for us and provided excellent care for all of us, including being very proactive and spotting a potentially extremely serious heart problem while it was still asymptomatic and could be treated. More recently we have also come to know some of La Vie's other physicians, who are also very good, kind and caring and we have had the same experience with each of the nurses and staff.
